The control program helps the school staff in the recording, calculation, and publishing of grades processes. It does so taking into account the particularities of each school, grading system, and school year.

Main Functions:

• Helps in generating and printing the seat numbers and the secret numbers.
• Distributes the students o­n the examination rooms according to their number and the number of students.
• Permits each teacher to enter o­nly the grades of the classes and the courses they are responsible for.
• Calculates and publishes the final grades
  Publishes the final results for the whole school or for each student (including his/her certificates).
• Exports the school structure in a file to easily integrate with “Madares o­nline” or any other program.
• Exports and imports the data in CSV format to avoid retyping it.
• Generates the following reports
  • The names of the students who succeeded in each year.
  • The names of the students who failed in each year.
  • The success ratio in each course.
  • The success ration for each teacher for each class/course he is responsible of.
  • The control sheet.
  • The first ten students for each year.
• Permits the school staff to send text messages containing the grades to the parents mobile phones.
